Disclosures:

• The Digital Photos sent/uploaded to GFAF of fighters, by the Fighter in said photos, are under the agreement that Global Free Agent Fighters (GFAF) retains Limited Legal Rights to these Photos to promote the Fighter/Fighters and the company, Global Free Agent Fighters, LLC.  In any type of marketing/advertising plans for example: Posters, Newspapers, Magazines, flyers, all periodicals, clothing, Fighting Event/Promotion, Point/Tournaments Event, video,  deemed a beneficial promotion to the Fighter(customer) and Global Free Agent Fighters, LLC.  While the Fighter is under a service agreement. 
• Clarification the Photo(s) used to help promote the Fighter by his/her fight info is what  GFAF is referring to, and will retain Limited Legal Rights too for promotion of the Fighter and the company, Global Free Agent Fighters (GFAF). 
• If  the fighters decides to end services: one fighter photo will be kept indefinitely for Company Archives.  Any promotions/advertisements/marketing plans by GFAF will be stopped and/or marketing products of uploaded photo will be discontinued and supplies will be sold out/not replenished, and will not be used again in any promotion unless given expressed consent by Fighter. 
• All fighters will always be promoted in a Positive manner.  It is in the best interest of Global Free Agent Fighters to do its best to promote:  the fighters in a positive manner,  too the best of GFAF’s ability.  Any questions please email:charles@globalfreeagentfighters.com.
• All uploaded photos and fighter information will not be sold to any other person or businesses.
